So I guess you could say I am officially blogging..haha..after a few good friends started their own blogs, I got to thinking how many times I start to tell my mom or sister a story about the kids and can't remember it exactly how it happened. So I agree with them that this is an easy way to share those stories and have somewhere to document all the wonderful things that goes on in our daily life. Lots goes on in our house every day. Life with a 19 month old and a 5 year old is never boring. Each day offers new adventures, "firsts", and lots of laughs. We have our down days as well but those usually become funny after thinking about it later!!
Jordan turned 5 and the funny sayings have been pouring out of him since. He has always been a good communicator and has kept us laughing with his thoughts, words, and actions. But now it's like he is purposely being funny and Jeremy and I find ourselves cracking up at his instantaneous replies he throws out. A few nights ago, Jordan, who thinks it's funny to walk backwards, was told by Jeremy to stop walking backwards because he couldn't see where he was going and didn't want him to run into something or Julianne. Upon Jeremy finishing his sentence, Jordan looked at him and said, "I have 152 eyes". It came out with a bit of an attitude like we know he has 152 eyes, we should not have questioned his ability to see when he is walking backwards. I think both of us kind of looked at him like, "where did that come from" and then busted out laughing. He's so good to offer you a laugh when you least expect it.
So there's a bit of what I am going to try to do to keep everyone involved and up to date. While in England, we tried to keep up with emails and pics but now if you want to see what is going on with us, you can stop by. I promise to keep it as up to date as I can, but life gets pretty busy and hectic from time to time! Enjoy!!!
